The Proof
For seven years I went to the market every day, cooked every meal and did all the odd jobs that the owner of a small business has to do. I lived on the second floor of the restaurant. I knew all my customers personally. My love for the kitchen was only matched by Robin's love for the wine cellar, which she filled with the finest wines.
Why would anyone want to make the first chapter of the Auberge's story disappear -- poof!?
In case they have managed to sow doubt in anyone's mind, here is absolute proof (no pun intended) that we started the Auberge du Petit Prince, and in that very same location, in June, 1972.
